Types of Pets Allowed
We welcome both dogs and cats. If you have another type of pet, please contact our leasing office to discuss.
Size of Pets Allowed
35 lbs. and under (all properties). 60 lbs. and under (townhomes and single-family homes only).
Number of Pets
Each apartment may house up to two pets.
Pet Fee
A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $300 is required per pet. Monthly pet rent also applies in the amount of $35-$60 per pet depending on pet size and property type.
Breed Restrictions
Some breed restrictions apply to ensure the safety and comfort of our community. Please check with our leasing office for specific details.
Pet Amenities
Many of our properties feature off-leash dog parks and onsite pet stations for your convenience. Residents are encouraged to keep their own pet waste bags handy as a station may not be nearby at all times.
Pet Waste
Residents must pick up after their pets. It’s crucial for keeping our communities clean and pleasant for everyone. Failure to
clean up after ones pet may result in a charge of $50.00 per incident and billed to the owner’s account.
