Expansion into Sioux City with a New Acquisition
In a significant move marking our first foray into Iowa, we acquired a 72-unit property in the vibrant Morningside area of Sioux City. This addition to Harvest Development V, LLC, reflects our dedication to growth in multi-family real estate investment and property management. Planned renovations promise to elevate living standards with modern amenities, fostering community spirit and enhancing resident experiences.
Milestone Achievement
We proudly reached a portfolio milestone with over 1,000 units under management across eastern Nebraska and western Iowa. This achievement underscores our continued commitment to community improvement and superior living experiences.
Organizational Restructuring for Optimal Execution
In light of our expanding portfolio, we’ve restructured our leadership to bolster our property management and asset management capabilities. Bret Cain now leads our property management and maintenance teams, while Doug Anderson continues to manage asset management functions alongside Jim Rich, co-leading investor relations. We are also pleased to announce two additional leadership promotions. Jim Goulding is stepping in as Vice President of Accounting Operations, overseeing back-office functions and operational excellence. Additionally, Megan Heimes is actively taking on the new role of Director of Corporate Communications, managing our marketing and communications strategies while also supporting investor relations.
