The maintenance is awesome, they come the same day or next day, and are very professional. I really like Angel (our leasing agent)- we have always had great communication with the front office, they listen, reply quickly and care about the residents. They are always improving something on the property, and have added a fenced dog park and an indoor, secured entry gym with free weights and a treadmill in just the last year. In the past, I have been a tenant many times, worked in apartment property management and have been a single housing landlord, and HD is the best property management I have seen. Highly recommend."
