The maintenance is awesome, they come the same day or next day, and are very professional. I really like Angel (our leasing agent)- we have always had great communication with the front office, they listen, reply quickly and care about the residents. They are always improving something on the property, and have added a fenced dog park and an indoor, secured entry gym with free weights and a treadmill in just the last year.
